AAHHHHHH!!! Second Display nightmare

Hi guys n gals,

I have a small prob, i was using kaffeine on my second display, (TV-OUT), and every thing has been working for a month or so, kaffeine just crashed and i had to restart X,

After the restart i found that i have lost all Window Borders and Keyboard input to the second display.
So i cant move or resize and windows i open, nor can i type. the mouse and everything else seems to work fine

Everything still works fine on the primary display (Flat Panel)

This also only applies when i'm logged on as me, everything works fine when logged on as root or any other user, so it has to be a setting or corrupt file in my home directory somewhere? i tried cleaning out .kde tmp files but to no avail!!

any ideas about how to reset kde for the secondary display? or do i have to create a new user profile to fix the prob and copy all my docs n stuff over? - very annoying

cheers

ben
