New style...

Hi,

I have designed a new style for KDE-Forum.org. I hope you like it. It's now much more KDE compliant.

In addition I have added two new smilies:

Our all loved Trolltech guy (nobody knows who this is) [TTGUY]

and the KDE logo: [KDE]
