Automatically flag old messages in KMail

Ahoy,

I'd find it really handy if Kmail, or maybe just a script as a cron job, could automatically find emails on an IMAP account that are older than a week and that haven't been replied to.

I use an account with a few other people, and we keep every single email. We have a few hundred in there already. As a result, quickly finding old emails that we really ought to chase up can be a pain.

Does anyone know of any solutions?
